Prototype development · working toward an MVP

The project checklist at that time identified these next priorities:

  • Build a focused starting region and connect exploration, combat, progression, loot, and equipment into one playable loop.
  • Add save/load, death and respawn flows, and the polish needed to play without developer tools.

This is a dated snapshot, not a live project-status feed. No newer status has been documented on this site.

Explore the broad roadmap

A sequence of goals, not a release calendar. Priorities may change as the game is tested.

  1. MVP

    Prove one complete adventure

    • Build a starting region and enough creatures, spells, and equipment to explore it.
    • Connect combat, progression, loot, and equipment into a rewarding loop.
    • Add save, death, and respawn flows and the polish needed for a standalone playable slice.
  2. After the MVP

Add depth to the world and its systems

    • Expand creature families, spell schools, and regions.
    • Improve progression pacing and establish economy foundations.
  3. Longer term

Test and grow the shared world

    • Develop parties, trading, social systems, and group encounters.
    • Build toward server authority, persistence, crafting depth, and a broader persistent world.

No release dates or completion percentages are promised.

Updates are published when there is a meaningful feature or milestone to show; there is no weekly posting quota.
